Awful service at Ulta; no sales associate offered help, and the one assisting another customer ignored me. The cashier was rude, no smile, and didn't assist in finding a brow gel. Won't return to this Ulta.

It's raining, and my kids really wanted to get their nails done. Please don't ask how this idea came to them. All I know is I needed to find a place that was open at 9:00 in the morning, and surprisingly, there are not a lot of places open at that time. However, this place was, and we arrived early at 8:55. They still took us in, and the technician patiently trimmed and painted my kids' nails with no questions or concerns. She treated them like VIPs, made them feel welcomed, and spoke to them kindly. It was such a good experience that I definitely want to go back to get my own nails done here, even though I don't usually get my nails done. Decided to try out a quick 30-minute chair massage on a whim, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The therapist, Skylar, had magic hands that melted away all my stress. The rates were reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly relaxing massage experience.
