Decided to try out a quick 30-minute chair massage on a whim, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The therapist, Skylar, had magic hands that melted away all my stress. The rates were reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a truly relaxing massage experience.

Awful service at Ulta; no sales associate offered help, and the one assisting another customer ignored me. The cashier was rude, no smile, and didn't assist in finding a brow gel. Won't return to this Ulta.
