It's raining, and my kids really wanted to get their nails done. Please don't ask how this idea came to them. All I know is I needed to find a place that was open at 9:00 in the morning, and surprisingly, there are not a lot of places open at that time. However, this place was, and we arrived early at 8:55. They still took us in, and the technician patiently trimmed and painted my kids' nails with no questions or concerns. She treated them like VIPs, made them feel welcomed, and spoke to them kindly. It was such a good experience that I definitely want to go back to get my own nails done here, even though I don't usually get my nails done. And she only charged me $5!
I will never return here again. I got my nails done here, and they came out really cute! But when I came back to have them removed, the technician basically ripped them off. It was extremely painful, and she made one of my fingers bleed. She offered to put oil on it and then tried to glue my actual nail back on so it wouldn't bleed anymore. I had to pull my hand away and tell her no. I was still charged $15 to go through all of that pain. She didn't even soak them first; she just cut them down and started ripping them off with a tool.
My nails were not prepared well and when I went to remove my index nail that was naturally coming off, it lifted my natural nail way more than usual causing bleeding. I went back to remove the remaining nails, afraid they would also bleed. I shared my disappointment, and they still charged for the nail removal without taking into consideration what happened. I have been to this location many times and have tipped generously. I left the nail salon with dry, ugly nails. They didn't even bother to add oils or a clear coat. Customer service was not good. I found this place to be really good, but now I'm back to looking. They are really good for pedicures.
