This establishment was once exceptional! However, the quality of service and customer care is steadily declining as prices rise. I arrived for walk-in eyebrow threading as usual, with no other customers waiting. The owner informed me the threader would be with me shortly. Five minutes later, another woman entered, and the threader engaged in a conversation in a different language. The owner informed her that I was waiting, but the threader replied, "she can wait." It's disheartening as the owner is kind and has run this business for a long time. I will not be back.
