I never imagined I could improve my appearance until I crossed paths with Rachel; she's exceptional (in a positive way, not as a literal monster). I am committed to remaining a loyal client.
My son was distraught after his appointment with Kerry at Bristol Sport Clips. He described it as his worst haircut ever and felt embarrassed to go to school. When I discussed the haircut with Kerry, explaining that a fade should transition gradually from short to long, she responded with a vulgar remark in front of my son. Despite her assurance to do better next time, I insisted that his hair be corrected before leaving. However, her comment about not being able to glue his hair back on was the last straw. I contacted the manager, Valerie, who apologized for the incident and promised to address Kerry's language. I requested an email to send photos of his haircut in the salon chair, alongside the inspiration picture and his previous haircut for comparison. However, I was informed they couldn't provide that information, but they would take my details for follow-up. It's been a week with no response. Seeing my 9-year-old in tears, labeling it his worst haircut ever (which I agree with), and being charged full price without any follow-up is disheartening. We won't be returning, especially since a colleague's 13-year-old son also had a bad experience with Kerry months ago and hasn't returned since.
Rachael was an incredibly fun, engaging, and supportive stylist! She tidied up my beard impeccably, executed a fantastic fade on my hair, and her colleagues were amusing and delightful throughout! The absolute highlight was the heavenly head massages during the MVP wash; I highly recommend upgrading to the MVP treatment!
