This was my 3rd visit to the Eugene location and I am absolutely thrilled. Upon entering, the first thing that catches your eye is the stunning decor. It exudes luxury, I wish I could enlist their designer for my own abode. Their team is highly knowledgeable, addressing all my inquiries and crafting a personalized treatment plan. The best part is the flood of compliments I receive upon leaving. People notice a positive change in my appearance, a radiant, rejuvenated look, without it being obvious that I had any procedures done. There is truly no other place you should rely on for something as crucial as your skin. I eagerly await my next appointment.
Have frequented Grace for a few years now (to the Portland location before they opened the Eugene) and they have consistently exceeded expectations! Every team member has been exceptional & creates a welcoming atmosphere, which is especially comforting for someone naturally anxious like me! Incredibly accommodating (even when I realize last minute that I booked my appointment at the wrong location 😅), & compassionate. Well-informed & knowing that you can entrust them with your skin & more... outstanding!
Extremely pleased with my visit here. It was my second session. My friend introduced me to this place. Lovely facilities. Immaculate!! Incredibly warm staff and very well-informed. And grace was phenomenal!! I will definitely be returning here for my aesthetic requirements. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!!
