Got to say Roma salon has really stepped up over time. I am thoroughly impressed with the services from Jenny, Jassi, and Mona. Jenny did a fantastic job with my haircut, eyebrows, blow dry, and hairstyling. Jassi was excellent with the facial and massage. Mona was superb with the highlights and microderma facial. The whole team took their time and showed great patience during all the services. 5 stars and highly recommend 😊.
Took my spouse to this spot as it was the sole open place on a Mon. It cost $85 for a basic wash, trim, dry, and brush. The spouse was not happy with this spot. She said the stylist used cold water on her hair instead of warm. What's worse, the water turned hot and the stylist adjusted the temp while it was on her hair. Typically, water temp is adjusted BEFORE it touches the hair. The whole process felt rushed and she was out in about 30 mins. The stylist used no products when drying/styling, so her hair looked fried, static, and frizzy in the wind. The look on her face was priceless and she scolded me for 'surprising' her with this spot. I believe it might be a stylist problem. We can't recall her name, but she was in her 50s-60s.
