Absolutely dreadful experience! Avoid at all costs. I decided to try this place based on positive feedback, but it was a disaster. I paid for a fresh set of classic lashes, and as soon as I left, they started falling out. I reached out to complain, but they were unhelpful and refused to fix the issue. The customer service was abysmal. I will not be returning and will warn others to stay away.
Lily did an exceptional job with my lashes, they look incredibly natural and I couldn't be happier with the result. The pricing was very reasonable, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
