However, during my recent visit, I was impressed by the versatility of Ne’Kia's skills. Opting for a silk press and color treatment to even out my hair tone, I was astounded by the outcome. Unlike previous experiences at other salons, my grey hairs were effectively colored and retained the shade. Ne’Kia even took care to dye all my baby hairs along the hairline, achieving the desired look without bleaching. With every appointment, she explains the process and maintenance thoroughly, creating a pleasant atmosphere in a spotlessly clean environment.

Starting off, I must say that the salon was impeccably clean and had a wonderfully inviting setup. Ne’Kia was incredibly gracious, addressing all my queries with patience and flexibility. Since my usual stylist had relocated and wasn't adept at boho braids, I decided to try someone new. While the braids turned out decent, they lacked the fullness I was accustomed to, with only a single curl added to each braid and curls at the ends. After a few days, I noticed entire curls coming loose from the braids, indicating they weren't secured well enough. I reached out to Ne’Kia, who mentioned she'd be available until 5 that day. However, as I worked until 6, I didn't receive a response. With my vacation looming the next day, no alternative time was offered for a fix. The issue persisted throughout my trip, leaving me with only curls at the bottom. At a higher-than-usual cost of $300, my expectations were not met, and the lack of response led me to share this feedback. Regrettably, I won't be returning.
