After three days, my brows appeared significantly lighter and had a very natural look. The color held up well for about three and a half weeks. I had requested a darker shade knowing it would fade, and the gradual fading was exquisite! Today marked my first visit here after receiving coupons in the mail about a month ago. When settling the bill, I presented the technician who did my pedicure with the coupon, and he promptly consulted one of the supervisors, informing me that they couldn't honor the coupon as the ownership had changed three weeks prior. I was disappointed since I specifically chose to visit due to the coupon, and there was no announcement regarding the change in ownership or the issuance of new coupons. They should have honored it to retain a customer. I would have rated this place poorly solely for that reason, but the pedicure was pleasant, and I appreciated the tranquil ambiance with meditative music playing, hence the 3-star rating. I might return solely for that serene environment. For 3 years I've frequented this salon for color and highlights. My hair stylist, Riley, transforms me each visit, and I receive many compliments. The team is attentive, and the ladies give fantastic head massages during hair washes. Their rates are quite fair.
