Today marked my first visit here after receiving coupons in the mail about a month ago. When settling the bill, I presented the technician who did my pedicure with the coupon, and he promptly consulted one of the supervisors, informing me that they couldn't honor the coupon as the ownership had changed three weeks prior. I was disappointed since I specifically chose to visit due to the coupon, and there was no announcement regarding the change in ownership or the issuance of new coupons. They should have honored it to retain a customer. I would have rated this place poorly solely for that reason, but the pedicure was pleasant, and I appreciated the tranquil ambiance with meditative music playing, hence the 3-star rating. I might return solely for that serene environment. Personally, that's the type of salon I prefer, where I can unwind without being surrounded by chatter from Levitt moms.

Awful experience. Brought my son here for a basic American manicure before his school dance. Not only was the technician's work subpar, but he also accidentally nicked his finger! I provided a reference image, but the end result was completely different. Despite the unsatisfactory service, I paid the full price for a new acrylic nail set, totaling $80. Avoid this place, save your cash. Give a try to Fresh Nails in Hempstead, you won't regret it!

I'm puzzled why this establishment isn't more popular. Every visit has been fantastic. I usually opt for Brazilian manicures in Los Angeles, which are quite intricate. After visiting Levittown with my brother once, I now travel from Los Angeles to get my nails done here regularly! I mainly have a lady named Alice attend to my nails, and she is meticulous in achieving the perfect natural shape I desire, paying close attention to my cuticles for a polished look. While I've had a few other technicians work on my nails initially, they didn't match up to her standard. However, every time Alice works on my nails, she has other staff observing her, so I hope they are learning from her and enhancing their skills because she truly excels! The entire team is kind, professional, and very patient with me as I always request specific colors or designs, ensuring they come as close as possible to my vision. I always leave content and receive compliments on my nails frequently. The atmosphere in the salon is serene with calming music, tidy, and never overcrowded, despite the exceptional service they provide.
