I’ve been frequenting Bethpage Nails for a couple of years now, and it has consistently been a wonderful experience! The establishment is spotless and elegantly adorned, fostering a serene ambiance. The nail technicians exhibit expertise and attentiveness, ensuring my nails are flawless when I depart. The team is professional and compassionate, prioritizing my comfort throughout the entire session. The variety of colors and nail art choices is impressive, and the quality of their products is exceptional.
My mother and I entered, as we would any nail salon, and despite all the seats being occupied, we were prepared to wait. However, upon arrival, no one acknowledged us or inquired about our needs. I attempted to attract attention to inquire about the pedicure wait time, but received no response. Then, after 5 minutes, another woman entered (of a different background) and was promptly greeted and asked about her preferences for the day. I have never felt so appalled and disheartened in my life. I was taught to value individuals for their character, not their skin tone. I hope this message serves as a wake-up call to those who read it.
