I ventured to get my hair dyed and highlighted. I carried a photo of my desired look. The stylist assured me she could replicate it, but the outcome was far from what I had requested. I regularly receive massages and understand the tipping customs. This establishment is remarkable. I paid $60 for a one-hour massage (which only lasted 50 minutes including dressing and undressing time). When I went to pay and mentioned $74 including tip, the therapist responded with $104? I chuckled. She insisted that I should leave at least a $40 tip (a 66% increase!) She argued persistently and was impolite. I wasn't planning on leaving just 10 or even 15%. I will not be returning to this place.
