The service here is always so welcoming and the haircut is fantastic for a great price!! The wait on a Saturday wasn't too bad at all. Both Brenda and Maria assisted me and my daughter today and they are truly the best! Looking forward to our next visit!
After arriving in town from Chicago, I visited this Great Clips salon for a men's haircut. I chose this location due to its proximity to my hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked if I had checked in online, which I had. I was seated promptly. My Great Clips stylist was friendly and seemed to take pride in her work. I've come to expect varying levels of skill at Great Clips, and today my haircut was completed quickly and somewhat rushed. I usually need to wash it first to spot any areas needing adjustment. I can already see a couple of things I'll need to fix, but overall, it's what I anticipate from a Great Clips visit.
This was the most dreadful experience ever. The individual who cut our hair seemed quite grumpy (clearly not happy to be there), and the haircut she gave my son was awful. When we returned the next day to have it fixed, the stylists refused, claiming it was almost the end of their shift. We asked for a refund and decided to switch to Sports Clips moving forward.
