This was my debut with Almond nails & I totally adore the end result! John delivered precisely what I desired. I popped in on a Wednesday anticipating a wait, but upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and promptly attended to. The entire team at the salon is incredibly friendly and attentive.
Recently had my nails done by Messiah and I departed thoroughly impressed by her top-notch work and exceptional kindness! She ensured my comfort and collaborated with me to achieve the ideal set :) I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
Visited from afar for a work trip and required service. Concern #1: I phoned to schedule an appointment but was advised to walk in. I arrived around 2:15. Inquired about pedicure options and was informed I could only have basic as I didn’t have an appointment... despite being told not to book one. Then, I was informed I could only receive basic because regular polish wouldn’t hold on an advanced service... really? Concern #2: Needed repair on my big toes and was charged $10 per toe... and they were uneven. Additionally, the cuticle around one toe was not thoroughly cleaned. Concern #3: Opted for dip nails. I requested number 6... he brought number 9 and tried to persuade me it was 6. Eventually, he admitted they didn’t have 6. Why deceive? Concern #4: The dip application was passable, but incomplete... messy around the edges... no effort to tidy up and instead persistently tried to apply lotion to my hands. For the first time ever, I left without leaving a tip.
