The service I received was disappointing. I asked for a full head of highlights but only got a few foils at the top. It was a waste of money and looks ridiculous.
This was a truly awful experience. If I could, zero stars I'd give. I'm still dealing with the aftermath. I moved closer to the city and decided to try a new salon, Izzazu. I made an appointment for a full set of highlights with Brandi. After 6 hours, I left dissatisfied. Brandi rushed through the process, skipping toner and leaving my hair a mess. I tried reaching out to the owner for a solution but was met with reluctance. Eventually, they agreed to fix it, but my hair was beyond repair. The coworkers gave me dirty looks during the process. I would not recommend this place. Before and after pictures included.
Brandy was fantastic! She listened, understood, and delivered exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and a perfect 5/5 experience!
