Those who give positive reviews to this establishment probably haven't experienced a genuine massage before. I visited three times, and only the first time was satisfactory. The other two visits were a complete waste of time and money. The staff was unwelcoming and showed a lack of consideration towards outsiders or non-locals, which was quite apparent. The third visit was the worst. The person performing my facial seemed to be simply passing time, waiting for the session to end. In the last 15 minutes, she lightly tapped on my face, and I couldn't comprehend what she was doing. I had previously provided feedback when asked, expressing my dissatisfaction, but they didn't bother to reach out or address my negative experience.
Had a couples massage here and was thoroughly satisfied with the service. The individuals at the reception were very pleasant, and Alicia did a fantastic job focusing on my neck and back. I highly suggest trying them out, although they may not be the most affordable, the experience is truly worth it.
Today I had an amazing experience with Maddy. His hands work wonders. You can see he genuinely cares about his clients and their well-being post-session. I've had many massages before, but Maddy is definitely my favorite therapist. I highly recommend scheduling a session with him! 😊 He also shared some really useful stretches for me to do at home in between my monthly massages!
