Visited this establishment based on positive reviews. However, the experience took a negative turn when the stylist became visibly irritated and began complaining after I requested a shorter haircut. Effective haircutting involves clear communication, which seemed lacking in this instance as the stylist appeared rushed to move on to the next client. I do not plan to return as the service did not justify the cost.
