For years I've struggled to find a skilled, creative, and professional stylist in Chicago until I discovered Mia at The Shear Shack. The salon is immaculate and the staff is welcoming. I'm thrilled to have finally found my go-to stylist. Mia has been coloring and cutting my hair for years, even styling it for my daughter's wedding. You won't be disappointed!
Visiting briefly and was recommended this salon by a local. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and my daughter and I were promptly taken care of. Both of us were pleased with our haircuts and the outstanding service. We'll definitely return if we ever find ourselves back in Chicago.
I recently lost my regular eyebrow technician and waited for months before realizing she wouldn't return. I had used this salon in the past for tanning and minor hair appointments, but had forgotten about it (we're talking a decade here). Mia did my eyebrows and did an INCREDIBLE job! They were perfectly waxed and shaped. The price was higher than what I'm used to, but it was worth every penny. The salon is spotless, efficient, and the staff is friendly. It can be awkward to chat when you're face to face and unfamiliar, but Mia was so warm and engaging. I'll definitely return and can't wait. Such an amazing place! Thank you!
