Salon Reign

This salon is incredibly welcoming with highly competitive prices and a wide range of services. They always strive to accommodate me as soon as possible, even when I call on short notice, making me feel like a valued client. I'm not sure what more I could ask for.

I phoned the salon to inquire specifically about their use of Framesi hair color. The receptionist assured me that they did. We discussed my quest for a salon that utilizes Framesi. I inquired about their pricing and the availability of an appointment, to my surprise, the next day. It's a 30-minute drive for me, so I set out a bit early. Arriving seven minutes before my scheduled appointment with Dana, I waited as she finished up with another client. When it was my turn, we discussed the color I desired, and I showed her a photo. However, I felt like we weren't on the same page, so I asked, "Do you have the Framesi color swatches?" She confirmed and left, returning with three swatch pages. As I examined the colors, something seemed off. Having used Framesi color for over 30 years, I noticed at the bottom it said "so color," a Matrix brand. I looked at Dana and asked if they didn't have Framesi swatches. Her response was, "No, we use Matrix color." She then remarked, "It's a good thing you checked; you wouldn't have known it was Matrix color." I let out a sigh as I stood up. I would have known since I'm allergic to that product. What a waste of my time. Now, I'm left wondering if it was all a bait-and-switch tactic. I don't know. I simply wasted my time and gas and am not pleased with that experience.

This is not your typical testimonial. Danielle and Taylor and the rest of the team truly saved my life. Everything was going smoothly as I awaited my hair color to be washed out. That's the last memory I have. The next thing I recall is waking up in the hospital's emergency room surrounded by numerous nurses and doctors. I had a cardiac arrest while sitting in the salon chair. No pulse, no heartbeat, but they sprang into action, administering CPR until further help arrived. The paramedics took over, continuing CPR and delivering shocks. My guardian angels were watching over me that day, and I was in the right place at the right time. This has never happened to me before. I returned today to express my gratitude to everyone for saving my life. There are no words to convey the significance of their swift actions to me and my family. I had my hair styled by Taylor today, and the color and cut are exactly what I desired. I couldn't have asked for better results. They are truly a top-notch salon. Give them a chance; you won't be disappointed.
