At the suggestion of my daughter, I visited this salon a few weeks ago and returned last Saturday. After searching for a suitable nail salon for three years, I believe I have finally found it. On both visits, I received excellent service.
For over a year now, I have been a regular at the Pineville branch. The service and care I receive there have always been top-notch. My spouse and I visit monthly for pedicures, and I also go in-between for nail refills. It deeply saddens me that one of the staff members, who I had grown close to and who always greeted me by name with exceptional service, will be leaving on July 20. I have visited them several times since learning this news. To Hannah, I wish you and your team all the best. I will miss your exceptional service. While I trust Hailey to take care of me, it won't be the same without you. Your honesty in guiding me on nail designs was always appreciated. Hannah, you never let me down. Best wishes to you all, including Hailey and the rest of the staff.
I am truly let down. My father, brother and myself have been loyal customers of Aloha Nails for a long time. Yesterday my brother and father both got intricate and colorful nail designs, while I opted for a simple French tip, all with gel polish. Surprisingly, I was charged $105, whereas they paid under $80 each. The explanation given was that I had chosen gel nails, incurring a $10 fee. Despite my family getting more elaborate designs, I ended up paying over $100. This is completely unacceptable. Not only do my nails look subpar, but I also experienced poor service as two different nail technicians worked on me, resulting in multiple cuts around my nail beds. They neglected to properly shape or smooth my nails. Truly disappointed. 🤦🏼♀️
