Over the years I’ve had numerous services done here, including my child who is now 13. Most of the time we have seen Taylor who we cannot praise enough from their professionalism to what a great person they are not only as a stylist but also with children. I am the master of color corrections. 😂😂I enjoy experimenting at home. I’ll never learn. The other hair stylists are also amazing. The owner is fantastic and always welcoming, they remember my child and have a warm and inviting presence, the salon is ALWAYS very clean. We will continue to receive services and recommend others. I also feel it’s important to note having a child with sensory concerns (especially when younger Taylor was always patient).
Now I'm giving 3 stars because I asked for balayage and I walked out happy, but I wanted a nice fade between colors and the longer I look at it, it really just looks like I dyed my hair and let it grow out. The whole point of doing a balayage was so I didn't have to keep chemical treating my hair but it looks like I'm going to have to do it again. Now I only pair $80 with hair and eyebrows but I would have happily paid $200-300 to have a better fade. It looks okay on some sides but in other places, it looks really bad.
I will never return to this place again. The stylist ruined my hair. I asked for a straight cut that fell just below my shoulders and it’s below my chin and uneven as she didn’t even comb it while cutting it. My child looked at it after getting in the car and said it was so uneven. I had to go somewhere else to get the hair that was more than 2 inches uneven in places corrected. Thank goodness for Alex at Supercuts!
