I had an appointment for 12 o'clock. They apologized for the delay due to being busy. I have no intention of returning to that establishment.
When you schedule an appointment and arrive, the stylist is nowhere to be found. No courtesy call to inform the customer of their absence. This has occurred twice now, so I won't be returning.
Phoned at 1 o'clock and managed to squeeze us in for 1:30. Did an excellent job, we will definitely be returning.
