I have been going to Ritz for about 5 years, but this time I went I left with such admiration for the institution. Alex did my nails and he went above and beyond for me and exceeded my expectations from what I asked for. I showed him my inspiration for what I wanted and he helped me pick out every color so it would match what I wanted. The salon did not have the exact shimmer pink that I wanted for my tips, but he suggested we mix two polishes to get the color, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. He uses such precision when drawing the bows on my nail and even convinced me that a pearl would look better, which he was right about. After this experience I will continue coming to Alex for my nails, and I will recommend him and the nail salon to all of my friends.
