If I could give this place a zero I would. This has to be one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. First and foremost, I asked for dip powder and the gentleman ignores my request and proceeds to give me gel. I showed him a picture of what I wanted which was French v-tip acrylic nails. He told me that he was able to do it. Everything was done horribly. The nails were not the desired length I wanted, it was not the desired shape I wanted (coffin), and during drilling the nails, he cut me multiple times and didn’t apologize. When he was drilling my nails I kept moving my nails and saying ouch but clearly that wasn’t enough for him because he still kept grabbing my hand to continue. He then gets a random pink gel nail polish color that he was going to apply on the nail. I told him that it’s not the color that I wanted. I have been to countless salons and when doing v-tip Acrylic nails, you have to use pink dip powder in order to get the base color of the French tips then apply the white over it. But this gentleman wanted to do it his way and I can already see that it was not gonna be how I wanted it. I told him to forget the French tips and just give me a normal regular polish color. He kept pressuring me to get Gel color instead even after countless times of me telling him that I wanted regular polish. My nails were already so messed up at this point I just wanted a regular color. He did a horrible job, my nails had acrylic still on the cuticle area and also had nail polish all over my fingers. I went back into the nail salon with my mom and he had them fix it but the gentleman was giving so much attitude we just told him to remove them completely. He didn’t even remove them properly he just cut the tips of the nails. he was so rough that the acrylic that was left on my cuticle bled because he ripped it off instead of taking them off properly. We demanded our money back and left. the gentleman was not apologetic at all and he had an attitude the whole time. I would not recommend this place at all.

I did my nails with Michael and the person at the register charged me extra. Michael only charged me $50 but she charged an extra $10. Why is she charging extra when my nail tech gave her a flat price? I’m never going there again. There are so many nice nail places in Davie that treat you better. The person at the register, whoever she is, has no customer service skills. They should take care of their regular customers. I’ve been going there for years but never again.
