A TERRIBLE PIERCING EXPERIENCE FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD NIECE! The earring went through the lobe and into the back of her upper ear. We have photos and videos and Claire's only option was to RETURN the EARRINGS. They didn't care how traumatic the experience was or how they truly messed up her EAR! The WHOLE thing should be refunded, the job wasn't done and it led to an INJURY! She stayed very still and did NOT flinch! We have the video!
Most helpful staff, excellent customer service, knowledgeable about the store, did a fantastic job piercing my 9-year-old's ears. Our tinkerbell fairy yesterday deserves a raise and they better not let that girl go!
