This was a somewhat okay experience. I came in with an appointment to get my hair dyed vibrantly with shadow roots. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the stylist overbooked herself and I ended up waiting with nothing happening. I spent about 4 hours in the salon today, so it was frustrating to have extra time added on. They also accidentally stained my shirt and face with hair dye. On top of that, they changed my price (no exaggeration) 5 times! I came in expecting to pay $80, as I was informed. I ended up leaving with a bill of $140! This was probably the most frustrating aspect of the visit. Furthermore, the color turned out darker than the hair sample I was shown.
