AVOID THIS PLACE! My companions and I visited this establishment to have our nails tended to. To put it mildly, we are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. The quality of our nails is subpar, as evidenced by the images we have provided. I would have been better off allowing my 6-year-old son to do my nails. The condition of our toenails is even worse. The issues we encountered include uneven nails, incomplete painting, and painted skin. They botched my nails and then proceeded to apply more polish on top; I even offered to pay extra for them to rectify the errors. THEY EVEN CAUSED MY FRIEND TO BLEED! When we addressed these problems, the staff was rude and tried to elicit sympathy for their mistakes. I have no intention of returning; the price we paid did not align with the poor quality of work we received.
Absolutely adore Divas Nail Salon! It is my preferred salon in Hazard without a doubt. The images I have included showcase a few of the stunning nail designs they have created for me. I am genuinely impressed by the pricing, the craftsmanship, and the ambiance of the salon. They have earned a perfect 5-star rating in my opinion. I plan to share photos of their work each month as a testament to their exceptional skills. Their work speaks volumes.
I consistently schedule appointments when visiting Divas Nail Salon! I am delighted that they offer appointments as the other salons I have frequented only reserve them for select individuals. I have never experienced a wait exceeding 30 minutes before they begin working on my nails. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and my nails always look impeccable.
