I visited Maureen's yesterday morning for a hair appointment while I was in town visiting my mother from the Midwest. Camille did an exceptional job on my hair! So precise and professional! Incredibly warm and friendly too! My highlights and color turned out beautifully, I am thrilled! I will definitely return to have my hair done by Camille next time I am in town. I will also recommend her to my local family and friends. I made a sincere effort to continue visiting this establishment, but the escalating prices have become unbearable. Today was the final straw - last week, I paid $85 for gel polish changes (without a manicure or pedicure), which I found to be excessively costly. Today, I requested to have the dip/gel removed and replaced with a clear coat because the dip had damaged my nails. Despite my preference to skip the manicure, I left with remnants of the dip still on my nails, which are now extremely fragile due to excessive filing. They are quite tender and in need of a break. This is how they appeared when I departed. I regret to say that there is always someone in the salon expressing dissatisfaction, and I am beginning to understand their perspective. This experience was very disheartening, and today marked my final visit.
