I made a sincere effort to continue visiting this establishment, but the escalating prices have become unbearable. Today was the final straw - last week, I paid $85 for gel polish changes (without a manicure or pedicure), which I found to be excessively costly. Today, I requested to have the dip/gel removed and replaced with a clear coat because the dip had damaged my nails. Despite my preference to skip the manicure, I left with remnants of the dip still on my nails, which are now extremely fragile due to excessive filing. They are quite tender and in need of a break. This is how they appeared when I departed. I regret to say that there is always someone in the salon expressing dissatisfaction, and I am beginning to understand their perspective. This experience was very disheartening, and today marked my final visit.
