I visited Maureen's yesterday morning for a hair appointment while I was in town visiting my mother from the Midwest. Camille did an exceptional job on my hair! So precise and professional! Incredibly warm and friendly too! My highlights and color turned out beautifully, I am thrilled! I will definitely return to have my hair done by Camille next time I am in town. I'm really disappointed with the recent service I received at Maureen's. Despite clearly stating that I wanted a FULL solid blonde bleach out, I left the salon with orange/brassy hair that looks nothing like what I asked for. The color only worsened as the toner faded in the following days. Even though I showed reference images and discussed my expectations, the result was a total letdown. My stylist, Nicole, failed to achieve the desired outcome. Despite my clear request for a SOLID blonde, my hair ended up with orange/yellow tones with more blonde at the ends. It's clear that there was a lack of expertise in achieving the desired blonde shade and seeking input from other stylists. Considering my naturally dark hair, Nicole should have paid more attention to the roots to ensure a seamless blend with the rest of my hair.
