Antoinette is truly exceptional. This is the premier stylist that I have ever revisited in my entire existence. She genuinely comprehends how to manage curly hair and delivers outstanding service and attention with a fervor for aligning it perfectly from your viewpoint. She actively engages in listening to you and mentally orchestrating your trim in her thoughts before commencing. I cannot express enough positive remarks, and I chanced upon it right in my own vicinity. The space is cozy yet meticulously maintained and inviting. I received the Curly girl cut a couple of times and a maintenance half cut for sustaining my new bangs (which I adore). Additionally, she will provide you with a care and styling routine tailored to your preferences along with product suggestions. For a busy individual who has never been dedicated to hair styling out of exasperation (largely due to lack of knowledge), I wholeheartedly endorse her!!
I underwent my initial trim with Carmen yesterday and I am overjoyed with the outcome. My hair is wavy with some gentle curls and a considerable amount of gray that I embrace. Carmen bestowed upon me a marvelous cut, covered every facet of curl care as we conversed, and gave me some invaluable guidance. She is highly informed, kind, and I admired her non-judgmental stance on any of the methods or products I have been using. The salon exudes a wonderful ambiance. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Without a doubt, the most exceptional experience I have encountered in a black hair, or any hair, parlor. I mention black hair because we ALL know the routine when you schedule an appointment for a press and there are 2 individuals ahead of you, and 2 individuals behind you- and two undergoing treatment while you are! Not here! I had my OWN time slot on BOTH occasions I visited. Initially, I received the curly girl deva cut by Carmen and the subsequent time I received a cut and press by Antoinette. I could continue praising, the establishment is immaculate and intimate, and they provide you with a FRESH robe to don, they offer water... etc. I also received a hair consultation on both occasions, and I could discern that both individuals are highly knowledgeable about hair, genuine scholars of their trade. I am genuinely impressed! I highly recommend this establishment.
