NICOLE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. TRULY, THE ENTIRE TEAM WERE INCREDIBLY PLEASANT AND WELCOMING. IT WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I JUST HAD A QUICK DYE AND HAIRCUT. LOL
REACHED OUT TO "SLAYED BY NAY" TO DO MY MOM'S HAIR. THEY TOOK OUR DEPOSIT AND WE COULDN'T CONTACT THEM FOR 3 MONTHS... THEY FINALLY REPLIED WITH SOME EXCUSE ABOUT MEDICAL ISSUES BUT WERE HAVING A GREAT TIME ON VACATION DURING MY MOTHER'S APPOINTMENT. I USUALLY DON'T WRITE THESE TYPES OF REVIEWS, ESPECIALLY FOR BLACK BUSINESS OWNERS, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE, ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ANY MONEY OR SERVICES, IS UNACCEPTABLE.
