Since my usual salon was closed, I reluctantly went to this nearby place. The technician working on my pedicure (not the couple) needed prompting a few times as she wasn't trimming enough, and the other lady had to intervene. I had to remind her to work on the sides and ingrown areas. However, I must say she gave an excellent massage on my feet and legs. But then, when I went to pay with my debit card, the owner informed me they only accepted cash (seriously?) and asked me to go to the nearby store to withdraw cash from an ATM. I had no choice but to walk to the store and get cash. I only gave her $30 instead of the $35 she requested. I won't be returning. When I got home and inspected my toe polish, it looked terrible.
I adore Tracy and the ambiance at T Nails. She always keeps my nails looking fabulous!
I'm only giving this place one star because I have to leave a review. I arrived at 10 this morning and asked for a manicure and pedicure. They told me to come back at 12. I returned at 5 minutes to 12, 45 minutes later. I watched them stop and let 4 people come in for eyebrow waxing, only to see them go back to the same person whose nails they hadn't finished. They told me it would be another 30 minutes or more. What's the point of making an appointment if you're still going to watch people walk in and out for other services, increasing your wait time? Save your money and find another salon.
