The ambiance is calm and welcoming! Both barbers are skilled and friendly. Many relatives and acquaintances are customers, we have even formed friendships over time....Won't let anyone else touch my hair. Adore these ladies!!!!
My hair appointment was set for 11:30 AM. I arrived at approximately 10:50 AM, approached the entrance, and noticed a notice on the door indicating they can only accommodate one customer at a time due to Covid (reasonable) and that I should wait in my vehicle until I receive a call or text. So, I sat in my chilly car for about an hour only to receive a text at 11:56 AM stating that my reservation was classified as a “no-show.” I adhered to the regulations displayed on their door AND waited an additional 30 minutes past my scheduled time and this is the outcome. Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning here.
