Alex is incredibly meticulous and a perm expert! This was my second haircut and perm combo with her, and I opted for a touch-up. The haircut was spot-on to my preference, and the perm turned out beautifully curly and frizz-free. Alex knew the exact length to cut my hair before perming so that post-perm, it shrank to the perfect length.
