I frequent Rosa's salon biweekly for a meticulous gel manicure. Rosa's work is impeccable, and not once have I experienced a nail breakage. Her artistic flair is astounding! She adeptly employs various techniques, effortlessly bringing to life any nail art design I present. Undoubtedly, she is unparalleled! My satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Two encounters left me disheartened. Initially, my nails developed dark patches post-service. When I reached out for a fix, it took Rosa 3 days to respond. While she offered to rectify the issue, I was already disenchanted by the delayed communication (I messaged on the same day of service) and opted not to return. Subsequently, my daughter visited for gel extensions, advertised at $60 on the website. However, upon completion, the bill amounted to $75. The glitter application appeared faded, labeled as "ombré" despite lacking any color gradient. It would be beneficial to inform clients of additional charges beforehand. Although the nail art is commendable, a spa-like ambiance is absent. Rosa's demeanor is not overly welcoming, and I departed with inflamed cuticles and minor abrasions from cuticle scraping. Furthermore, the promised lotion massage was absent on both occasions.

The moniker speaks volumes. Beautified by Rosa! She excels in enhancing beauty! Upon commencing visits to Rosa 4 years ago, my nails were in disarray. Presently, they are robust and well-maintained, thanks to her expertise in nail design.
