I had a fabulous time at the Sally's Beauty store in Picayune. Upon entering, Stacy warmly welcomed me and offered her help. She promptly guided me to the aisle I needed. Initially, we couldn't find the specific brush I was looking for. Stacy consulted Tamara regarding the brush type. As we explored options, Tamara located the exact brush I required. The exceptional customer service I received truly impressed me. Stacy and Tamara exhibited a genuine interest in assisting me. Many thanks to them both.
I will not return to this establishment. During my recent visit, I was incessantly followed by the lone employee on duty. Despite my clear indication that I did not require assistance, she persisted. I simply wanted to browse in peace. She obstructed my view of the hair toners, fixated on her clipboard. Frustrated, I left my items and exited. Upon my return, the same employee was occupied with another customer, allowing me to shop undisturbed. However, she approached me as soon as the other customer left, inquiring about my purchases. Despite my curt responses, she continued to press for details. I felt harassed and just wanted to complete my purchase. The constant interruptions and questions made the experience uncomfortable. I have decided to shop at Ulta in the neighboring town moving forward.
I adore the store, but the personnel there can be overwhelming. If I acknowledge a sale without needing anything, they should move on swiftly. When asked about the gel I mentioned, Aunt Jackies, they couldn't locate it either. I found it myself and was prepared to make a purchase. Then, the insistence on a credit card and reminding me of a gel offer was excessive. I know my hair needs; I am not clueless or slow.
