The new manager Jordan is extremely impolite and unfriendly. I usually visit there, but this is only the second time I've seen them, so they must be new. Anyway, my partner goes there to purchase Mucinex because he's ill and also grabs a candle and a 12-pack of Sprite. He opts for the self-checkout due to current circumstances. Allegedly, the payment for the candle and Mucinex went through, but not for the Sprite. As he walks to the car, Jordan comes out, displaying extreme unprofessionalism and giving attitude about the unpaid Sprite, when the situation could have been handled differently. AFTER HE RETURNS TO PAY FOR THE SPRITE WITH NO ISSUES, JORDAN COMES BEHIND MY CAR TO SNAP A PICTURE OF MY LICENSE PLATE, calls the authorities, and then denies service. There was no intention of theft. They are unprofessional and rude, and I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Went there for a baby shower gift and found so many items on sale that I couldn't resist. My cart was full. Encountered some pricing issues, but the kind lady working there promptly resolved them. I've had negative experiences before where sale items were not as advertised, and she was very apologetic. I will definitely return multiple times. The staff is friendly and attentive to their customers' time, money, and needs.
