Indulged in the most serene and delightful facial experience with Blake! Also received an efficient and thorough waxing service, just what one desires. The studio is charming and intimate. Can't wait for my next appointment with Blake!
I stumbled upon Beloved Skin Studio in September when my appointment at another location fell through last minute. Managed to book a Maya Chia Facial with Blake, and it was truly the most exceptional facial experience I've ever had. The studio exudes charm and coziness, all the products used have delightful scents (and are eco-friendly), and the overall ambiance is incredibly serene and rejuvenating. Returned for a Focus Facial with Blake this week, and once again, had a fantastic session. Delighted to have discovered this gem, and eagerly anticipate my regular visits. Blake comes highly recommended.
Absolutely dreadful waxing ordeal. Opted for an American. Requested to reschedule my appointment an hour later via text, then the whole experience was uncomfortably awkward. Never had someone remain in the room while I undressed or fail to provide clear instructions on positioning. Clearly communicated my desire for an American, paid for an American, specifying minimal removal on the upper region. Repeatedly emphasized "everything else." Felt strips being applied in various areas, yet upon returning home, discovered patchy incomplete work - barely resembling a bikini wax. Majority of targeted hair remains untouched. Reduced to tears last night, expecting professionalism during such sensitive procedures only to pay $80 for disappointment. Feels like a violation. Reached out to the studio via email, awaiting a response, but now forced to seek correction elsewhere without risking skin damage. What a delight. Hoping for a refund and to prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal.
