Honestly, I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. After three months and another haircut elsewhere, I'm still upset about my hair. I have long hair and came in for a root touch-up and a small trim. During the consultation, I clearly showed Kate the amount I wanted trimmed. We didn't discuss adding layers. She turned me away from the mirror and started cutting without discussing changes. My hair is thin, as we discussed, so adding layers made it even thinner. I now feel like I need to cut off more to regain fullness. This happened before family photos, and I'm sad it will take years to grow back. This was my first and last appointment with her.
She went above and beyond my expectations! My once vibrant red hair had faded over the years, but she gave me a stunning, natural-looking red that's vibrant. I trusted her recommendations on colors, and the result was amazing. Highly recommend if you want red hair.
