I've been seeing Sam for years and followed him when he started this new venture. Obviously Sam is absolutely incredible but the whole vibe he and Alex have created here is awesome!! It is always a fun time going to get my hair refreshed and I could not recommend this salon more!!

She was very knowledgeable and took her time in helping me during my healthy hair journey. The products that she uses leaves your hair feeling soft and moisturized. Her salon has a spa feel so be ready to relax and look fabulous!

Sue gave me my 1st haircut here when I was 5 years old back in 1970 and she is still cutting hair. Got a haircut there last week after not living in the area for over 20 yrs and she is still going strong. Will definitely go back if I can make it back to Phoenixville when the time for my next trim comes around

Honestly, I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. After three months and another haircut elsewhere, I'm still upset about my hair. I have long hair and came in for a root touch-up and a small trim. During the consultation, I clearly showed Kate the amount I wanted trimmed. We didn't discuss adding layers. She turned me away from the mirror and started cutting without discussing changes. My hair is thin, as we discussed, so adding layers made it even thinner. I now feel like I need to cut off more to regain fullness. This happened before family photos, and I'm sad it will take years to grow back. This was my first and last appointment with her.

I absolutely adore this place! I had been frequenting the same nail salon for almost 8 years, but I was growing weary of the 30+ minute drive. For the past 2 years, I had been experimenting with new salons closer to my home, but none of them measured up. I found the service quality to be highly inconsistent and the prices too high for a mediocre job. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would have to endure a one-hour drive (round trip) just to get my nails done... until I chanced upon this hidden treasure known as Tips & Toes. Not only is this place charming, but it's spotless inside. The individuals working there are incredibly kind and authentic. I have visited a total of 5 times now and each and EVERY time my manicure and pedicure have surpassed my expectations. They take their time, they're thorough, they're meticulous, and extremely consistent with their service + they provide a complimentary neck massage while your nails are drying. I understand why some may find the prices a bit steep, but for the level of service and attention you receive, it's absolutely worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Indulged in the most serene and delightful facial experience with Blake! Also received an efficient and thorough waxing service, just what one desires. The studio is charming and intimate. Can't wait for my next appointment with Blake!

Tina is fantastic. She's transformed my hair to match the photos I've shared with her & maintained its beauty as it grows. The atmosphere in Tina's salon is always warm and enjoyable. The scheduling is convenient with evening slots, and her salon is incredibly charming.
