Wow, did an excellent job, although he accidentally nicked me a few times. He was very friendly and hospitable.
This establishment provides exceptional customer service. My daughters absolutely love visiting here, and I enjoy bringing them because it is consistently well-maintained and secure. The staff members are highly efficient, yet they never give off a rushed vibe. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Employees here have unpredictable moods. I received a $35 gel fill and left a $20 tip last week. The conversation was pleasant but the nail painting was mediocre. When I went in for a repair today, the technician attempted to forcefully remove the acrylic instead of properly filing it or soaking it off. He seemed irritated when I requested him to file it and replied, “just go home, file it, and come back.” I politely reminded him of the generous tip I gave last time and informed him that I will not return. It's astonishing how their mood swings can impact their business.
