WOW! The gentleman who styled my hair was absolutely fantastic! Despite our language barrier, I showed him a brief 2-second video clip of a hairstyle I liked, and he was able to replicate it perfectly while also considering my desired hair length ❤️ I am thrilled with the result. The staff on duty couldn't speak English, but they were incredibly patient and kind. I had such a wonderful experience that my mother and I have decided to schedule another appointment 😊 The price for the haircut with a blowout was incredibly reasonable compared to other expensive salons. We will definitely become regular customers here.
We were informed that the wait would be approximately 1 hour. However, we ended up waiting for over 1 1/2 hours and are still waiting. One of the stylists prioritized other clients ahead of us, and the other stylist has been focused on one girl's hair since we arrived. The customer service here is subpar.
I adore this salon! I make the trek all the way from Sun City for their exceptional service. With my naturally curly hair, it's challenging to find a salon that can cater to my hair type. Josefina is a hair magician with healing hands who always works wonders on my hair! I highly recommend her services 💁🏽♀️💇🏽♀️
