Ray styled my short, bleached hair and nailed it, following my preferences perfectly. He achieved a flawless "soft" fade. Wait time was a bit long, but I'm very pleased with my cut and will definitely come back.
Giving a low rating for clarity. Online check-in for 6:30 doesn’t mean haircut starts then, just secures your spot in a 30+ min line. Confusing model, especially with meter parking. If you expect to be done in an hour, you can't extend parking. Look elsewhere for better scheduling.
I requested a precise chop, showing images of my desired length (to chin; about 2in from old length). Had to ask for multiple recuts as it was an inch too long on one side. He kept saying “if I mess up a blunt cut, then I should quit”. When I mentioned the unevenness, he blamed my head positioning. He then half-heartedly blow-dried my hair and handed me a comb to finish it myself. Despite being a budget cut place, struggling with a simple blunt cut on straight hair is unreasonable.
