The store's rules are terrible. Asked for a bob at shoulder length, stylist cut it too short, then said I had to pay $75 extra for drying. Went back, had a good time, but my recent appointment got canceled and I couldn't reschedule. Receptionist said they keep deposits unless you ask for them back, even without a new appointment.
