Yesterday marked my initial experience with waxing, and my technician, Taahirah, was absolutely fantastic! She displayed a gentle and friendly demeanor, guiding me through the process to prevent any tension. I eagerly anticipate my next appointment with Taahirah. Many thanks for the exceptional service.
Entering the establishment, the experience captivates. The receptionist exudes friendliness and assistance. Moving to the room, my wax specialist, possibly named Betty, was remarkably kind and thorough in explaining each step. The Midtown Village location is truly exceptional. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
Typically, I refrain from leaving reviews, but this particular experience was so impactful that I feel compelled to share. I have visited two different establishments, and the staff at both locations have been exceptional. However, during my recent visit, Brittany stood out. While she was pleasant and friendly, her technique did not match that of her colleagues. Unfortunately, she applied excessive wax during my underarm and Brazilian wax, resulting in days of discomfort. Regrettably, I have decided not to return to this location.
