The store's rules are terrible. Asked for a bob at shoulder length, stylist cut it too short, then said I had to pay $75 extra for drying. Went back, had a good time, but my recent appointment got canceled and I couldn't reschedule. Receptionist said they keep deposits unless you ask for them back, even without a new appointment. Avoid this place.
I've been a client of Melina for years and always leave feeling and looking fantastic! She's not only skilled at her craft but also a delightful individual. I eagerly anticipate my haircut appointments because I know I'll be in her capable hands. The rest of the team is equally warm and welcoming. A truly delightful salon experience.
I've tried various salons in the city, and Melina is by far the best! I highly recommend her services, though the salon is pricey, it's worth it. The overall salon ambiance may not be top-notch for the cost, but ultimately, I'm paying for the quality of my hair care!
