The service here is very friendly and efficient. The technicians deliver high-quality results, whether it's waxing, mani/pedis, or acrylics. They offer a wide range of gel colors to choose from. I forgot to inquire about nail art options like rhinestones or painted designs during my last visit, so I am unsure if that service is available here. The massage chairs seem to be in good working condition, although I do not use them due to my fibromyalgia.
May 20, 2023 was my first visit for a manicure and pedicure. I paid $70.00 for the service. The pedicure only included nail trimming, filing, and painting with no scrub or lotion. The manicure involved soaking in water, trimming, filing, and applying gel polish. By May 24, 2023, the gel nail polish was already coming off. I returned, and they repainted them at no extra cost. However, by June 1, the nail polish was chipping and popping off again. I requested the polish to be removed, and they charged me $10.00 for it. They used an electric filer, which ended up nicking my skin in several places and still did not completely remove the polish. I am very disappointed in the service and products. It feels like their polish is diluted and thin.
