I adore this salon, I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. I visited on the 14th for a full set of nails. They looked stunning, and I was thrilled with them. I decided to try a new technician since the other two women I usually go to were not available. However, two nails have already fallen off, and the rest are loose. This has never happened before. Furthermore, I was charged an incorrect amount compared to the pricing chart they showed me. I didn't question it at the time because I was pleased with the outcome. I paid $55 for a simple set, but now, a few days later, they are coming off. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work. Unfortunately, I have exceeded the 3-day window for returns, and they cannot be fixed.
I phoned twice to confirm if they were still accepting clients, and both times they said yes. Upon arrival, two employees started bickering about whose turn it was and who should attend to me for my nails once they seated us. Extremely unprofessional. The quality of work was sloppy, and the price of $80 was absolutely not justified. I expected to pay $55 at most for such basic work, considering how short my nails were and how messy and uneven the "French tips" turned out. I feel cheated! Do not accept clients if you are not willing to put in the effort; this visit was my first and last. Rating: 0/10, I do not recommend.
My manicurist was fantastic and delightful. However, the nail color options were lacking. The manager instructed the technician to charge me an exorbitant price for acrylic nails. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is the first time I've been charged such a high amount for the length and ACRYLIC! I should have known better when there were only two people, including myself, on a Saturday. I recommend trying another salon, it's not worth it.
